APSET 2025-2026 Notification has been officially released by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) is mandatory for candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors or Lecturers in Universities and Degree Colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria for APSET 2025
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree from a UGC-recognized University.
- Minimum Marks:
- General / EWS – 55%
- BC / SC / ST / PwD / Transgender – 50%
- Age Limit: No upper age limit.
- Final Year Students: Eligible to apply.
APSET 2025 Application Fee
- General: ₹1600/-
- BC / EWS: ₹1300/-
- SC / ST / PwD / Transgender: ₹900/-

- Enter basic details to generate Login ID.
- Pay application fee online.
- Upload photo & signature.
- Submit form and take printout.
APSET Exam Pattern
- Paper I: 50 Questions – 100 Marks – 1 Hour (Teaching & Research Aptitude)
- Paper II: 100 Questions – 200 Marks – 2 Hours (Subject Specific)
- No Negative Marking
