ఫేషియల్ అటెండెన్స్ తోనే వేతనాలు: స్టడీ లీవ్ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం తాజా ఆదేశాలు

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ (AP School Education Department) స్టడీ లీవ్ (Study Leave) పై బి.ఈ.డి (B.Ed) మరియు బి.పి.ఈ.డి (B.P.Ed) కోర్సులను అభ్యసిస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు కీలక ఆదేశాలను జారీ చేసింది. ఇకపై ఫేషియల్ అటెండెన్స్ (FRS App Attendance) ఉంటేనే వేతనాలు చెల్లించబడతాయని స్పష్టం చేసింది. దీనికి సంబంధించిన పూర్తి వివరాలు మరియు మార్గదర్శకాలు కింద ఇవ్వబడ్డాయి.
ముఖ్యమైన మార్గదర్శకాలు (Key Highlights)
G.O.Ms.No.342 ప్రకారం 2024-26 మరియు 2025-27 విద్యా సంవత్సరాలకు గాను కోర్సులను అభ్యసిస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఈ కింది నిబంధనలను తప్పక పాటించాలి:
- FRS రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తప్పనిసరి: అకడమిక్ ఇయర్స్ 2024-26, 2025-27 లో కోర్సు చేస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులు 100% FRS యాప్ లో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేసుకోవాలి.
- రోజుకు రెండుసార్లు హాజరు: పని దినాలలో (Working Days) ఉదయం (In-Time) మరియు సాయంత్రం (Out-Time) కచ్చితంగా FRS యాప్ ద్వారా హాజరు నమోదు చేయాలి.
- జీతాల చెల్లింపు నిబంధనలు: FRS యాప్ లో నమోదైన హాజరు మరియు సంబంధిత కాలేజీ నుండి పొందిన "మ్యాన్యువల్ అటెండెన్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్" (Monthly Manual Attendance Certificate) ఆధారంగా మాత్రమే వేతనాలు మంజూరు చేయబడతాయి.
- కఠిన చర్యలు: రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోకపోయినా లేదా హాజరు నమోదు చేయకపోయినా ఆ సమయాన్ని "Unauthorized Absence" గా పరిగణించి, క్రమశిక్షణా చర్యలు (Disciplinary Action) తీసుకోబడతాయి.
MEO మరియు Headmasters బాధ్యతలు
సంబంధిత మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు (MEOs) మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు (HMs) ఉపాధ్యాయుల హాజరును నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షించాలి. కాలేజీ నుండి వచ్చే హాజరు పట్టికను మరియు FRS డేటాను సరిచూసుకున్న తర్వాతే జీతాలు డ్రా చేయాలని ఆదేశాల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.
Official Orders & Instructions (English)
Subject: School Education Department – Implementation of Facial Recognition System (FRS) App – Teachers permitted to pursue B.Ed./B.P.Ed. courses under G.O.Ms.No.342 – Certain instructions – Issued.
All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Government has introduced the Facial Recognition System (FRS) App for all Teachers who were permitted to pursue B.Ed./B.P.Ed. courses regarding attendance monitoring.
Key Instructions from the Memo:
- Mandatory Registration: 100% registration of said Teachers in the FRS App is mandatory.
- Daily Attendance: Attendance shall be marked compulsorily through the FRS App twice a day (In-Time and Out-Time) on all working days without exceptions.
- Salary Drawals: The salary of said Teachers shall be drawn strictly based on the attendance recorded in the FRS App and as well as the monthly manual attendance certificate issued by the concerned College only.
- Consequences: Teachers who fail to complete registration or do not mark attendance shall be held personally responsible, and such periods may be treated as unauthorized absence.
