Step-by-Step APGLI Maturity Claim Process (English)
1. Login to Nidhi Portal
- Open Google Chrome / Firefox and search for Nidhi Portal.
- Click on the official Nidhi website.
- Login using your 8-digit CFMS ID.
- Forgot password? Use Forgot Password → OTP → Reset.
- Mobile users: Enable Desktop Site.
2. Access APGLI Services
- Employee dashboard will appear after login.
- Click on APGLI.
- Select Claim Settlement Application.
3. Verify Policy Details
- Your APGLI policy bonds will be displayed.
- Scroll to Details of Policy.
- Check maturity status (Matured / Not Matured).
- Apply only for Matured bonds.
4. Upload Required Documents
- Scan original APGLI bond(s).
- Upload as PDF (below 1 MB).
- Tick declaration checkbox.
- Click Save & Next.
5. e-KYC & Aadhaar e-Sign
- Click Submit with e-Sign.
- Enter OTP sent to registered mobile.
- Enter Aadhaar number → Get OTP → Verify.
- Do not refresh the page.
6. Final Status & Download
- Application forwarded to DDO.
- Track under Check Status.
- Download from Approved Files / e-Sign Copy.
- Submit printout to DDO / MEO.
