All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and District Project officers (SSA) in the State are informed that the Commissioner of School Education is convening a video conference on 29.3-2018 from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. with the RJDSEs. DEOs, POs, DyEOs. AMOs and DCEB Secretaries for discussions on agenda items and other issues as desired by the Commissioner of School Education. The following are the agenda items:

1) An update on the status of uploading of SAl marks (especially Class VIII and IX)

2) Review of performance of the districts on SA I results

3) Information dissemination report cords to the students

4) Demo to Officials on accessing the report cards

5) Review of Stole and Districts performance in Notional Achievement Survey

6) Discussion on next steps to the District Administration based on various assessment results.

 7) Any other item with permission of the Commissioner of School Education.

 The following information is provided herewith for their awareness and to prepare for the Video Conference:

1) PPT on dissemination of SA1 results & NAS Reports .

2) Status report on uploading CCE marks in the cse webslte .

3) Status report on uploading of the data of SA1 W.r.t.8th & 9th Classes in the DASH Board .

4) District and State Report Cords of NAS .

They ore requested to attend the video conference on 29-3-2018 from 4.00 pm. To 6.00 p.m. at their respective districts along with Dy.EOs. AMOs, DCEB Secretaries and District Assessment Cell members and also with relevant information without tail.

This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
