Government schools in Andhra Pradesh receive the Composite School Grant under Samagra Shiksha every year, now routed through the SNA-SPARSH system. The grant depends on enrolment and is used for stationery, maintenance, sanitation (Swachhata), replacement of non-functional equipment and school events. Headmasters must keep an SMC resolution, sanction and supply orders, vendor bills, a non-drawal certificate, the utilisation certificate and a voucher statement. This free tool prepares all eight forms – including the SMC resolution in Telugu – and checks your vouchers component-wise.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What does the release % do?
A: It is used only in the wording of the proceedings (for example, release of 50% of the grant). Amounts come from the allocation table.

Q: Is the SMC resolution in Telugu?
A: Yes. Form 05 is generated in Telugu with the item-wise amounts from your vouchers.

Q: Is my data stored?
A: No. Everything stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the page.

Note: Slab amounts, references and the head of account are pre-filled for convenience. Verify them with the proceedings received from the MEO / Samagra Shiksha and follow the SNA-SPARSH payment procedure. Use these as drafts and follow any district-specific format.
