Sub: SSC Public Examinations July 2020- Certain arrangements to implement Covid-19 related instructions —Orders- Issued-Reg. Ref: 1.Guidelines issued by Ministry of Horne Affairs, GOI duly reiterated by MHRD, GOI and guidelines issued by Government of AP.

2. Proceedings of the DGE on Rc.No.25/13-3/2020 dated: 11-06-2020

ORDER:

In continuation of the proceedings 2nd cited, it is hereby informed that the Government have decided to make necessary arrangements on the following Issues to implement Covid-19 related Instructions in letter and spirit.

1. 1096 of the total examination centers that are constituted in every district have to be additionally identified to meet any unforeseen contingency that may arise. For example, there are 270 examination centers In Kadapa district and 1056 of it means 27 centers have to be additionally identified and shall be kept ready duly furnishing them to meet any eventuality.

2. One separate isolation room shall be identified in every examination center and shall be kept ready to allot the students who are appearing for the examination and having cough, cold and high fever.

3. Top priority shall be given to implement Covid-19 related instructions meticulously without any compromise. Any deviation in implementation shall be viewed seriously and action will be initiated.
