UNWILLING /EVADE/ RELINQUISHED TEACHER CAN BE ALLOWED FOR PROMOTION IN OTHER SUBJECT RC 1815

School Education - Conducting of Promotion Counselling to the posts of School Assistant and its equivalent Cadres - Instructions.
Ref:- RC.No.3608/B2/2019. Dated .28.09.2019 of the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore District.
The Attention of the District Educational Officer, Nellore is invited to the reference read above, and he is informed that the teacher who had relinquished to join in the promotion post in a particular subject or School Assistant can be allowed for promotion in other subject post of School Assistant/ PSHM ( as the pots are under different categories under Class I ) Subject to the condition that the applicant is qualified and eligible to the post as per rules and the applicant not evaded/ unwilling to join the promotion post in two times as per G.O .Ms.No.227 General Administration ( services - D) Department dated 30.05.2014.
This has got the approval of Commissioner of the School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi.
