Note 1:-
Candidates who desires to change paper from Paper-I to II A/ II B (or) Paper II A/ II B to Paper-I should fill the information 1,2,3,4,5,6 columns only.
Note 2:-
Candidates who desires to change Subject they should fill the columns 1,2,3,4 and 7,8 only and write the 60 Marks Main Subject in Paper-II in column 8.
Note 3:-
Candidates who desires to change Medium they should fill the columns 1,2,3,4,and 9,10 only
