రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులు (Presidential Order), 2025 అమలులో భాగంగా పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖలోని నాన్-టీచింగ్ మరియు అధికారి స్థాయి పోస్టులను ఏ లోకల్ కేడర్‌కు చెందుతాయో నిర్ణయిస్తూ సాధారణ పరిపాలన (SPF&MC) శాఖ G.O.Ms.No.190, తేదీ 15-09-2026 జారీ చేసింది. ఈ ఉత్తర్వు ప్రకారం మొత్తం 35 కేటగిరీల పోస్టులు – 18 జిల్లా కేడర్, 11 జోనల్ కేడర్, 6 మల్టీ జోనల్ కేడర్‌లో చేరాయి. ప్రతి కేడర్‌కు నియామక అధికారి (Appointing Authority) ఎవరో కూడా అనుబంధం (Annexure)లో స్పష్టంగా పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఈ జీఓ ఎందుకు వచ్చింది?
1975 నాటి రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వుల స్థానంలో కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ S.O. No.5777(E) ద్వారా కొత్త Presidential Order, 2025ను గెజిట్‌లో ప్రచురించింది. ఇది 15-12-2025 నుండి అమలులోకి వచ్చింది. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం దీన్ని G.O.Ms.No.45 (20-04-2026) ద్వారా AP గెజిట్‌లో పునఃప్రచురించింది. ఆ ఉత్తర్వులోని పేరా 3 ప్రకారం ప్రతి శాఖ తమ పోస్టులను జిల్లా / జోనల్ / మల్టీ జోనల్ కేడర్లుగా వర్గీకరించాలి. G.O.Ms.No.54 (14-05-2026) ద్వారా అన్ని శాఖల నుంచి ప్రతిపాదనలు కోరగా, పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ పంపిన ప్రతిపాదనలను ఆమోదిస్తూ ఈ జీఓ 190 వచ్చింది.
