ORDER:

With reference to the subject cited, for timely scrutiny, correction and finalization of Nominal Rolls (NR) for the SSC Public Examinations March 2026 the following Grievance Cell is hereby constituted at the State Headquarters (O/o. Director, Government Examinations, A.P).

In this connection, all the District Educational officers in the state are hereby instructed to constitute similar Grievance Cells to handle NR issues at the District Level and are instructed to provide the Grievance Cell details in the Google sheet provided by the O/o.DGE, A.P. Each district Grievance Cell shall function under the supervision of the ACGE, along with one Superintendent and one ASO, to ensure uniform procedures and timely verification of proposals submitted by schools.

Therefore, all the District Educational officers are hereby instructed to take necessary action immediately in this regard and communicate the instructions to all the schools in your jurisdiction to contact District Level Grievance cell at the first instance and to contact state level Grievance cell if issues are not resolved.

The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.

ఈ సందర్భంగా, రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులకు జిల్లా స్థాయిలో NR సమస్యలను నిర్వహించడానికి ఇదే విధమైన ఫిర్యాదు సెల్లను ఏర్పాటు చేయమని మరియు ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల దర్శకులు కార్యాలయం, ఆం.ప్ర. చేత అందించబడిన గూగుల్ షీట్లో ఫిర్యాదు సెల్ వివరాలను అందించమని ఇక్కడే ఆదేశిస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి జిల్లా ఫిర్యాదు సెల్ ACGE పర్యవేక్షణలో, ఒక సూపరింటెండెంట్ మరియు ఒక ASO తో పని చేయాలి, ఇది ఏకరీతి విధానాలు మరియు పాఠశాలలు సమర్పించిన ప్రతిపాదనల సకాల ధృవీకరణను నిర్ధారిస్తుంది.

అందువల్ల, ఈ విషయంలో తక్షణం అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవడానికి మరియు మీ అధికార పరిధిలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలలకు మొదటిసారిగా జిల్లా స్థాయి ఫిర్యాదు సెల్ను సంప్రదించమని మరియు సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించకపోతే రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి ఫిర్యాదు సెల్ను సంప్రదించమని సూచనలను తెలియజేయడానికి రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులకు ఇక్కడే ఆదేశిస్తున్నారు.
