Chandrababu launched AP
Purse mobile app, that is an e-wallet which helps to carry out all bank
transactions without having to go the bank. The app will show 23 institutions,
once it is opened. The user can choose an institution of his choice and carry out
all transactions. The process has been divided into four categories, for easy
transaction. Chandrababu urged the officials to make people aware of the
usefulness of cashless transactions and spread the word of the e-wallet. The
transactions will be monitored on a day to day basis, he said. He said 13 mobile
banking and 10 mobile wallets are available in the AP purse at present. People
can pay their bills using the app and carry out their cash transactions.
