 SSC PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS MARCH 2020 & JUNE 2021 

The S.S.C Public Examinations were cancelled due to COVID Situation in the State. A High Power Committee was constituted to evolve the Procedure for the Declaration of the Results for SSC Public Examinations 2021. Accordingly the committee has evolved the Procedure for 2021. The committee has further recommended for awarding of Grade & Grade Points to the students of SSC Public Examinations 2020 also to bring in parity as Examinations were cancelled for 2020 also due to COVID Situation.

The Government has issued orders duly accepting the recommendations of the committee and accordingly the result has been finalized for 2020 as well as 2021. The following is the year wise criteria:

1) SSC Public Examinations, March 2020:

All the students of the Regular Study who were issued Pass Certificates in the year 2020 shall be issued Grades and Grade Points. The Grades are awarded as follows:

a) The performance of the students in the three (03) Formative Assessments for 50 marks each and one (1) Summative Assessment for 100 Marks, which were conducted internally for the students of X Class in the AY 2019-20 are taken into Consideration.

b) Out of the total score of 100 marks, the sum of marks secured by the students in three (03) FAs shall carry a weightage of “50%” marks and for the remaining 50 marks the SA-1 marks secured by the students shall carry a weightage of “50%” marks i.e., 50 marks only.,

c) For Once Failed Candidates of 2017, 2018 & 2019:

The internal marks of the students that are available against their first performance shall be taken into consideration. As the internal marks are available for 20 marks, the marks scored by the student shall be multiplied by 05 to arrive at the marks out of 100.

2) For SSC Public Examinations, June 2021:

a) Two(02) Formative Assessments for 50 Marks each are conducted for the Academic Year 2020-21.out of the 50 Marks of each Formative Assessment, 70% weightage was accorded to the 20 marks of Slip Tests and the remaining 30% weightage was accorded to other three components of Formative Assessments as per G.O.MS.No. 46 Dated 02.08.2021

  1. i) 70% Weightage for Slip Test Marks.
  2. ii) 30% Weightage for other three Components of FAs.

 b) The 4 Components of the Formative Assessments and the Marks for Each Component as Per the G.O.Ms.No. 82. School Education Prog –II Department, Dated: 29.10.2015 are as follows.

  1. 1. Children Participation and Reflection - 10 Marks
  2. 2. Project Works  -10 Marks
  3. 3. Written Works -10 Marks
  4. 4. SlipTests-20 Marks

c) For Once Failed Candidates of 2017, 2018 & 2019:

For Once Failed Candidates the procedure that is adopted for 2020 is followed for 2021 candidates also.

2) Management-wise number of candidates obtained 10 GPA from Highest to Lowest SSC June 2021. Out of 624367 candidates 199696 candidates have secured 10 GPA. This is 31.98%. Out off all Government Managements put together with 403065 have secured 38453 10GPAs i.e.9.54%. whereas Private managements with 221302 have secured 161243 10GPAs i.e.72.86%.
