REPATRIATION PROCEDURE

ఉపాధ్యాయుల ఫిర్యాదుల మేరకు కమిషనర్ వారి తాజా ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం SSA లేదా SCERT కి ఫారిన్ సర్వీస్ పై వెళ్లిన వారు 03 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి ఐన తర్వాత లేదా ప్రత్యేకమైన  కాలానికి    వెనక్కి రావడానికి  ఏ కేటగిరీ పాఠశాల నుండి అయితే వచ్చారో ఆ కేటగిరీ మరియు మేనేజిమెంట్  పాఠశాల కు మాత్రమే రి పాట్రియేట్ అవ్వాలి.

Sub:- School Education Complaint received on the repatriation order  issued to the teachers, who have working in the O/o SPD, Samagra  Shiksha, O/O SCERT, AP and District Project Offices, Samagra  Shiksha under FST Conditions - Certain Instructions - Issued.

ORDER:

All the Regional Joint Director of School Education/District Educational Officers/APCs in the state are informed that it came to the notice of the Director of School Education, A.P. that some of the officers School Education department were issuing repatriation orders to the teachers, who have working in the O/o SPD, Samagra Shiksha, O/o SCER AP and District Project Offices, Samagra Shiksha under FST Conditions an duly placing them in Category-l vacancies without placing them in the previous working school i.e., Category-III or IV.

In view of the above and after careful examination of the matter, a the Regional Joint Director of School Education/District Educational Officers/APCs in the state are requested not to repatriate the teacher before completion of 03 years/specified period of deputation, repatriated, place the teacher in previous working school, if there is n vacancy in the previous place, place the teacher in the needy clear vacancy in same management located in the same category of location (cat I or II or Ill or IV from which the teacher has been posted or deputation)

Therefore, the above Officers are requested to follow the instruction scrupulously.  

if any deviation found in this regard, necessary disciplinary action will be taken accordingly as per rules in force
