ORDER:
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Ofcers in the state are aware that, the government have issued certain instructions in the references cited for school preparedness plan and teaching learning process for the academic year 2021-22 keeping in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. As per the reference 3rd cited above the Director,School Education has given the following instructions:
1.Conduct baseline test duly preparing by the respective teachers at school level basing on the model paper prescribed by SCERT,AP .
2.Duly enabling the student to complete the baseline test paper at home at his/her convenient time within the schedule. Teachers are requested to disseminate the baseline test paper to the students through parents (student shall not be called to schools under any circumstances).

1 Classes 1 and 2 Level-I Telugu Medium/English Medium/Minor media.
2 Classes 3,4 and 5 Level - II Telugu Medium/English Medium/Minor media.
3 Classes 6 to 10 Telugu Medium/English Medium/Minor media.
All these the baseline question papers are prepared based on the previous classes learning outcomes of the previous class. Model baseline question papers for Level – I and Level – II and class VIII are annexed herewith. Basing on the model papers teachers can prepare baseline question papers for all classes.
All the District Educational ofcers are requested to conduct baseline test in the following schedule without fail:

1) అన్ని పాఠశాలలో అన్ని తరగతులకు అందరు విద్యార్థులకు ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష నిర్వహణ చేయాలి .
2)క్రింది తరగతి పాఠ్యాంశ విషయాలు మరియు సామర్థ్యాల అనుగుణంగా మాదిరి పరీక్ష పత్రాలు ఇచ్చారు.
వీటి ఆధారంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్వయంగా ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష పత్రాలు తయారు చేసి నిర్వహణ చేయాలి .
3) ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లో విధ్యార్థుల ను పాఠశాల కు పిలవరాదు.
4) తల్లి తండ్రులు ద్వారా పరీక్ష పత్రాలు పంపిణీ మరియు పరీక్ష రాసిన అనంతరం తిరిగి పొందడం చేయాలి.
5) పరీక్ష నిర్వహణ జూలై 27 నుండి 31 వరకు.
6) మూల్యాంకనం జూలై 28 నుండి 3 ఆగస్టు.
7)మార్కుల నమోదు 4 ఆగస్టు నుండి 10 వరకు.

level 2 3,4&5 తరగతులకు.
8) తెలుగు మరియు ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమంలో విడి విడిగా ప్రశ్న పత్రాలను అందజేయాలి.
పై అంశం సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహణ చేయడానికి ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు భాధ్యత వహించాలి.
