The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein they were requested to issue necessary instructions to all field functionaries to conduct Mandal Level and District Level Competitions on the given topics, date & time in their respective districts. And also requested to submit the list of 1st and 2nd winners in the District Level Competitions in each competitions to the 0/0. Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati on or before 15th July, 2019. But, no information is received from their end.
Further in the reference 2nd read above, they were requested to submit the particulars in the prescribed proforma by 11.00 AM on 09-07-2019, so as to consolidate and submit to Govt. of India as requested. But none of the District Educational Officer has submitted the particulars till today.
Therefore all the Regional Joint Director of school Education and District Educational officers in the state are once again requested to submit the following information on or before 22nd July, 2019 to the Joint Director (EE), 0/o. CSE, A.P., Vijayawada without fail.
a. the particulars in the given proforma, which were already communicated with regard to how many schools and children participated in the Mandal
