Sub:- School Education - Conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2019 - Pre and Post SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations works - Prevention from availing summer vacation in r/o Headmasters, Non-teaching staff and Office Subordinate - Instructions - Issued.
Read: Letter Rc.No. 87/B-2/2019, dated: 29.04.2019 of the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
In the ref. read above, the Director of Government Examinations, A,.P., Vijayawada has informed that after publication of the SSC-March-2019 results, the Nominal Roll extracts of the failed candidates will be sent to all the schools in the State. Accordingly the failed candidates have to remit the examination fee to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in June, 2019. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted in the third or last week of June 2019 tentatively. The result will be released in the last week of July, 2019 tentatively and requested the Commissioner of School Education , A.P., to issue instructions to all DEOs in the State to prevent all Headmasters of Secondary Schools under all managements along with their non-teaching staff and one office subordinate from availing summer vacation from the day of release of SSC March 2019 results to till re-opening of schools or the said purpose.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Headmasters of Secondary Schools under all Managements in their concerned districts on the following items for attending pre and post work of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in month of June, 2019 as was done earlier.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that in the reference read above, the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati has informed that Government in Memo. No. 30821/Exams/1999-1, dated: 01.07.2000 have issued orders in connection with the conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary Examinations June of every year, in order to facilitate the pass candidates to take admission in the 1St year intermediate course without loss of an academic year.In the ref. read above, the Director of Government Examinations, A,.P., Vijayawada has informed that after publication of the SSC-March-2019 results, the Nominal Roll extracts of the failed candidates will be sent to all the schools in the State. - 1. To prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements along with their Non - Teaching Staff including Office Sub-ordinate personnel from availing summer vacation with effective from the day of release of results of SSC March 2019 results to till re-opening of schools (ie., 14th May, 2019 to 11th June, 2019).
- 2. Name of Head Masters/Non Teaching Staff institution wise shall be specifically obtained for prevention and issue specific orders if prevention duly mentioning the period.
- 3. Earned Leave may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation/ proportionately as per the leave rules.
- 4. Strictly follow the instructions issued in Commissioner of School Education Procs. Rc.No.362/ E1-1 /2013, dated: 16.11.2013 With regard to prevention of staff in summer vacation.
