Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are aware that
transportation of National Text Books from District to Mandal points and Mandal to
School Points thereafter to School points to student shall be completed well in
advance for the year 2019-20.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to ensure 100 % distribution of NT Books to school point. Further they are informed that, Distribution of NT Books to students is proposed through mobile application by capturing the bio metric acquaintance. In this regard TEXT BOOK DISTRIBUTION APP is kept in Google Play Store.
In this regard all RJDSES and DEOS are requested to instruct the Head masters concerned to download the application to the biometric devices and issue NT Books duly capturing the biometric acquaintance. The user manual is herewith appended. Further they are requested to instruct the DTMS and MEOS concerned to keep the buffer supplied at their end so as to supply the books to needy schools.
