In the reference 6th read above, the Government -issued
orders for sanction of notional increments to the Special Teachers, Special
Language Pandits and Special Physical Education Teachers who were appointed on
consolidated pay of Rs.398/- per month during the period from 1983 to 1996 with
prospective effect, for the purpose of pension only.
In this connection, the DEOs in the State are requested to
scrutinize the Service Registers of the individuals with reference to the
orders issued earlier in G.O.Ms.No.119 Education (Ser.III) Dept dated
21-04-1998 & G.O.Ms.No.71 SE (Ser.II) Dept dated 5-11-2018. The notional
increments if already been effected as ordered in the references read above,
the same shall be continued for the purpose of pension.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School
Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are directed to
take further necessary action as ordered by the Government immediately.
