Sub: Municipal Administration Department –FAC Arrangements to the posts of HMs –Sanction of FAC allowance@ 1/5th of substantive pay for 1st three months –Powers delegated to the RDMAs in the State -Orders -Issued.

ORDER:
As per the FR (1), the Head of the Department is the competent authority to sanction FAC allowance for the period of 1st three months @ 1/5th of substantive pay for keeping Full Additional Charge for the post of Head Master/Head Mistress. Further, the Director of Municipal Administration, AP., Guntur has decided to delegate the powers vested with him to the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioners concerned for administrative convenience to sanction 1/5th pay of FAC allowance for 1st three months.
2.Hence, all the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioners in the State are requested to examine the proposal and sanction the FAC allowance @ 1/5th of substantive pay for 1st three months for keeping Full Additional Charge for the posts of Head Masters / Head Mistress within the respective district.
3.Any deviations noticed in sanctioning the FAC allowance, necessary action will be initiated against the concerned.
