PRC 2015 CPS ARREARS BILLS REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - INSTRUCTIONS
POINTS TO BE OBSERVED WHILE PASSING THE PRC-2015 ARREAR BILLS FROM 02-06-2014 TO 31-03-2015
a) Insist Xerox copy of the Pay fixation statement, proceedings, calculation and duplicate bill which was issued earlier, duly attested by the existing DDO (Details of amount calculated from 02-06-2014 to 31-05-2015 are required). These documents are to be scanned and uploaded.
b) Fresh proceedings from the existing DDO with full details shall also be scanned and uploaded
c) In respect of CPS holders, 10% basic + DA shall be adjusted and remaining shall be paid in cash in 3 installments.
d) In respect of employees who retired from service on or after 01-04-2015, ;the arrears shall be paid in cash in the month of November, 2018 in full from the debatable HoA from which his salary was last drawn by the DDO where he retired from service.
e) For those employees who are retired in between 01-07-2013 to 31-03-2015, the PRC arrears will be paid by the Treasuries, as the TO is the DDO for pensioners.
