Instructions on SA - 1 to MEOs/HMs

All the MEOs and Headmasters are instructed to conduct VIII and IX class examination in objective type using OMRs supplied to your school.If any school does not receive OMRs, use Buffer OMRs supplied if not sufficient collect Blank OMRs from DCEB Gopalapatnam .Maintain list of Blank OMRs and enclose with Answer OMRs.Don’t use Xerox OMRs.

All the Headmaster are instructed to issue proper guidelines to invigilator in filling up the OMRs by students in Child ID, Name etc.,

After completion of examination the Answered OMRS of 8th and9th classesshould be kept in sealed bundles with proper Bundle slip.

• SA-1 8,9 తరగతుల OMR Sheets Child Info లో ఉన్న పేర్లకు మాత్రమే వచ్చాయి . 
• అలాగే మీడియం కూడా Child Info లో ఉన్న మీడియం ప్రకారమే ప్రశ్న పత్రాలు వచ్చాయి .. 
• Child Info లో పిల్లల వివరాలు Update చేయకపోయినవారికి కూడా తేడాలు వచ్చాయి.గమనించండి
•  OMR SHEETS బ్లూ/బ్లాక్ ఇంక్ బాల్ పెన్ తోనే నింపాలి.
•  OMR SHEETS పై QP Book Let Code వ్రాయాలి, బబ్లింగ్ చేయాలి . 
•  OMR SHEETS Child Info Id ప్రకారం Ascending Order లో వచ్చాయి...కాబట్టి దానికి అనుగుణంగా Seating Arrangement చేసుకోవాలి .
