Responsibilities of District Level Observers:

1. To verify the appointment Field Investigators in the District
2. To observer the NAS-20 17 conducted schools (class wise - III, V and VIII)
3. To Verify the Distribution of Class wise .School Wise NAS -2017 Test Items
4. To get a report on Date and Venue of Field Investigators Training.
5. To verify the material received from State Level
6. To monitor the confidential material mechanism.
7. To verify the material distribution to all schools on or before 9-11-2017
8. To verify stationery available with Field Investigators?
9. To verify the functioning of district control room on NAS-2017
10.To supervise the material receiving counter after completion of examination from
the Field Investigators at MEO Office?
11. To supervise the receiving of used and un used material in SSA Office after
completion ofNAS-2017.
12. To super wise the Scanning of Material, Scanning Centers information, Plan of
Action with MIS Coordinator.
