Proposal for giving JL post to already promoted HM'S is not good. JL POST and MEO AND HM Posts all r equal cadre. So HM's already taken promotion and enjoying their promotion benefits again they want to come back to jl post is against to rule position. So giving options to HMS is irregular and don't disturb d opportunities of d Juniors.
