Scope
All DTAOs are instructed to admit pay and allowances for newly appointed teachers recruited through Mega DSC 2025 who attended the induction training from 03‑10‑2025 to 10‑10‑2025. Salary admission is effective from 03‑10‑2025 upon verification of documents and statutory deductions.
Key Actions for DTAOs
- Obtain the certified list of eligible appointees (from Director of School Education/DSE) covering those who attended induction training during 03‑10‑2025 → 10‑10‑2025.
- Verify identity, appointment orders, posting/joining reports, induction training attendance, and bank/KYC details.
- Capture employee master details in HRMS/CFMS and map to the correct HOA/DDO.
- Ensure all mandatory Government deductions are enabled (GPF/NPS as applicable, PT, GIS, Income Tax, recoveries if any).
- Admit pay & allowances with effect from 03‑10‑2025 and process the first bill in the nearest salary run.

- Arrears (if any): Compute from 03‑10‑2025 for days/months unpaid due to onboarding cycle.
Timelines
- Obtain certified list from DSE → share with concerned DTAOs: immediate.
- Creation/validation of employee records in HRMS/CFMS: within 3 working days of receipt.
- First salary bill submission: in the next scheduled salary run.
Communication
DTAOs will receive the certified list via FTP/e‑mail from DSE. Coordinate with DDOs for any clarifications and ensure the training attendance window (03‑10‑2025 → 10‑10‑2025) is explicitly recorded.
