Purpose: To accurately record the presence and location of moles or scars on the body.
📌 Key Instructions
- Note the exact location and side (left/right) of the mole or scar.
- If the mole is thick and dark: a dark/black mole on…
- If the mole is light-colored: a light mole on…
- If no mole is present, check for any scar instead.

📣 తెలుగు సూచనలు
- మచ్చ ఎడమ లేదా కుడి వైపు ఉందా అనే విషయాన్ని ఖచ్చితంగా రాయాలి
