This document provides all official templates and instructions for condonation of shortfall of age for candidates appearing for the SSC Public Examinations March 2025 who have not yet completed 14 years of age as on 31-08-2024.

1. Parent / Guardian – Application for Age Exemption

Use this form to request condonation of age for your child. Attach all required enclosures.

2. Medical Certificate (Template)

To be issued by the Civil Surgeon / Assistant Civil Surgeon on official letterhead.

After careful examination, I certify that Child’s Name S/o / D/o Parent’s Name, studying Class X in School Name and going to appear for the S.S.C. Public Examinations in March 2025, is found physically and mentally fit to withstand the strain and stress for the said examinations even though he/she is slightly under-aged. His/Her date of birth is __________ as per the birth certificate.

4. Fee & CFMS Challan Details

Fee: Rs.300/- per candidate (User charges) to be paid through CFMS Challan under the following heads:

Major Head	0202 – Education, Sports and Culture
Sub Major Head	01 – General Education
Minor Head	102 – Secondary Education
Group Sub Head	06 – Director of Govt. Examinations
Detailed Head	800 – User Charges

5. Accepted Proofs of Age (Attach any one)

• Record Sheet / True Extract from Admission Register (attested)
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• VII Class Pass Certificate
• IX Class Pass Certificate
• Birth Certificate (Municipal / Hospital)

6. Step-by-Step Submission Process

1. Fill and print two copies of the Parent/Guardian Application.
2. Pay Rs.300/- via CFMS and attach the original challan.
3. Obtain Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon / Asst. Civil Surgeon.
4. Attach one valid Proof of Date of Birth.
5. Submit the complete set to Headmaster / DEO for approval.
