Five Men Committee for Framing New Rules For Recognition of Service unions(ROSA)
General Administration (SW) Department- Constitution of Committee of Officers to study the existing ROSA Rules (Reorganization of Service Associations) and bringing out new ROSA Rules in place of the existing ROSA Rules- Orders – Issued.
ఒక అసోసియేషన్ / యూనియన్ కి గుర్తింపు ఇచ్చుటకు , గుర్తింపు రద్దు చేయుటకు ఉమ్మడి AP ప్రభుత్వం 2001 లో AP సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్ (ROSA) రూల్స్ ను GO RT NO.264 GA(SW)D, Dt.22.06.2001 ని జారీ చేసి ఆ మేరకు అప్పటినుండి ROSA (Recognition Of Service Associations) రూల్స్ ని అమలుచేస్తున్నారు.
కాగా , ప్రస్తుతం అమలులో ఉన్న ROSA నియమ నిబంధనలను అధ్యయనం చేసి వానిని update / revise చేసి నూతన ROSA రూల్స్ ని రూపొందించేందుకు గాను ఉన్నత విద్యా శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి గారి అధ్యక్షతన 5 గురు సభ్యుల కమిటీ ని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం జీవో విడుదల చేసింది
సదరు కమిటీ వీలైనంత తొందరగా తన నివేదిక / సిఫారసులను ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించవలసి ఉన్నది
