NTR HEALTH UNIVERSITY UG CERTIFICATES VERIFICATION AND SCHEDULE
Notification for First and Final Phase of verification of original certificates for admission into MBBS,BDS BAMS, BHMS, BNYS & BUMS Courses for the seats under competent authority quotafor the academic year 2019-20 under Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada and also for MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical college for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Dr. NTRUHS hereby notify that the first and final phase of verification of original certificates for Web Based Counseling will be conducted for Admissions into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS and BUMS Courses for the seats under competent authority quota for the academic year 2019-20 from 03.07.2019 to 08.07.2019. The candidates those who have secured the cutoff score and more in NEET UG – 2019 fulfilling the eligibility criteria and whose names are present in the list of candidates applied which was displayed on University website are informed to attend for verification of their original certificates for the seats available in Government, Private Unaided Non-minority and Minority colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS and for the MBBS seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati at the following helpline centers as per the schedule given below for convenience of the students and hassle free certificate verification.
NOTE: The reservation in favour of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in admissions will be implemented in respective colleges where seats increased after receipt of Modalities and procedure of implementation from the Government of AP.

Note: The following special categories verification is at Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada center only. The candidates who have applied under CAP, PH, PMC, Anglo Indian, NCC and Sports & Games are directed to attend on the specified time and dates for both general and special category certificates verification at Dr. NTR UHS, helpline center. They need not attend again for general verification as per the schedule at other centers.

Note: The reservation of seats under above special categories in BAMS,BHMS, BUMS & BNYS Courses are subject to the availability of seats in each category as the number of seats in the said Courses are very less.
The orders issued by the Government from time to time with regard to admissions into MBBS,BDS,BAMS, BHMS, BNYS & BUMS courses will be applicable.

3. Please note that this is the first and final phase of verification of original certificates. No further phase of verification of certificates will be done. But, candidates who got verified their original certificates can only exercise their web options in the subsequent phases also for allotment, if any.
Note : The seat matrix for exercising web options for admission into MBBS,BDS,BAMS, BHMS, BNYS & BUMS course will be notified separately.

Eligibility for admission into MBBS/BDS courses:
| 1 | The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holder and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974. Selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated 18.05.2009. |
| 2. | The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English. · OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects. · BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects. · OC PH candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects. |

- Print out of Online Application form affixing the photo and signed at the spaceprovided
- Admit card of NEET UG - 2019
- Rank card of NEET UG-2019
- SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of
- Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate orEquivalent
- Transfer certificate (T.C)
- Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to
- Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) / latest castecertificate issued by mee–seva AP, in case of BC/SC/ST
- Service records (b) If parent is not in-service SSC/SSLC certificate of parent/ relative.
- Aadhar Card.
- Minority certificates issued by the Minority Welfare / Concerned
- Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh haveto submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO (or) Tahsildar
- The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Incomecertificate of the Parent issued by meeseva AP/ MRO/ Tahsildar/White Ration card.
- Undertaking on white paper signed by both student and parent stating that thecaste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per LAW if any discrepancy noticed. (Proforma Placed in the University Website).
- Local status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016 and 4136/SPF&MC/2015-13, dated.20.11.2017 (For Children of parents who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh).
- Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP,NCC, Sports & Games, PH, PMC, Anglo Indian for MBBS/BDS courses and CAP, NCC, PH for BAMS, BHMS, BNYS & BUMS courses should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim on the day of verification of original certificates as per schedule
TUITION FEE:
- The tuition fee Rs.12,155/- is to be paid at allotted Medical/Dental colleges under Dr.NTR UHS. The tuition fee will be as fixed by the State
- The tuition fee is to be paid at concerned AYUSH colleges under Dr.NTR UHS. The tuition fee will be as fixed by the State
- The tuition fee is to be paid as per the SVIMS norms in respect of candidates selected in SVIMS,
- Only candidates shall appear for the verification of Original certificates in person along with one Parent / Guardian as per schedule notified. Proxies are not allowed. One parent / Guardian will be
- Candidates will be allowed for verification of original certificates with the Custodian certificate issued by the college Principals of affiliated colleges of Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada / candidates joined in All India Quota (AIQ) seats in 2019 in MBBS/BDS courses in other States, they have to submit all original certificates at the college at the time of joining. Such candidates have to attend with the AIQ allotment order, Custodian letter issued by concerned college principal and 2 sets of self attested Photostat copies of certificates.
