All the MEOs are requested to conduct a meeting with CRPs, IERTs DTPs, MIS COs and PRTs on uploading infra particulars in Sampada app tomorrow ie 04-06-2019 by sharp 9:00 AM. The CRPs have to give orientation to PRTs and IERTs, DTPs, MIS COs and HMS. If HMs have awareness they may upload their schools particulars. So invite HMS also and give them orientation. It is top priority work. All have to go field by 10:00 AM on 04-06-2019 without fail. It must be completed by 05-06-2019.
It is time bound and new programme. Government wish to strengthen the infrastructure of Government schools.

The following photos are compulsory shall be uploaded in the app.

• 1.    Front Elevation – 1
• 2.    Side Elevation - 1
• 3.    Girls Toilets – 1
• 4.    Boys Toilets – 1
• 5.    Major repairs if any required – 2
• 6.    Kitchen – 1
• 7.    Furniture – 1
• 8.    Dilapidated building -1
• 9.    General (Specific to School with Remarks) – 1 (if required)

Start the work immediate and shall complete it by 05/06/2019.
