MUKHYAMANTRI YUVANESTHAM/ UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE/AP NIRUDYOGA BRUTHI REGISTRATION

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with an innovative scheme of Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham which will benefit to unemployed youth based on the eligibility criteria in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Youths will get this monthly allowance to pursue skill development courses and reduce the burden on the family of unemployed youths.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
• Minimum educational qualification should be Graduation or any Diploma of two years and above duration.
• Should be in the age group of 22-35 years.
• Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
• Should belong to a family below poverty line. All the eligible beneficiaries from the family shall be considered.
• Movable / Immovable properties: Having 4 wheelers are ineligible. Having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5.00 acres maximum are eligible. In respect of Anantapuramu district the limit is maximum wet land will be 5.00 acres and dry land will be 10.00 acres.
• Those who have availed financial assistance / loan under any state government sponsored self-employment scheme of above Rs. 50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.
• Those who are working pursing formal education are not eligible.
• Those who are working in public / private sector / quasi-government or those self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
• Applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Central / State government service. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.
• Documents required to register for "Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham / Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018" are Aadhaar, Ration card, SSC, Graduation certificates.

Please Ensure that the following documents are ready during the registration process

1.  Aadhaar Number.
2.  Mobile Number Linked With Aadhaar.
3.  Original or Xerox copy and image of Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate Certificates.To Enter the Register/Hallticket Number Available in Certificate.
4.  White Ration Card.

నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి ధ‌ర‌ఖాస్తు చేసుకునే వారికి శుభ‌వార్త. ఈ నెల 14 నుంచి ముఖ్యమంత్రి యువ‌నేస్తం వెబ్ సైట్లో... ఆన్ లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అవకాశాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానుంది.


యువ‌ నేస్తం అమ‌లు కోసం బ‌డ్జెట్లో రూ. 1500 కోట్లు కేటాయించింది. అభ్యర్థుల పేర్ల న‌మోదు కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా ఒక వెబ్ సైట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయ‌డంతో పాటు... అన్ లైన్లోనే అప్లై చేసుకునే వెసులుబాటు క‌ల్పించింది.


అక్టోబ‌ర్ 2 నుండి నిరుద్యోగులకు భృతిని నేరుగా వారి బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలోనే ప్రభుత్వం జ‌మ చేయ‌నుంది.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• పేద కుటుంబమై ఉండాలి.. తెల్లకార్డు ఉండాలి.
• లబ్ధిదారుకు 22-35 ఏళ్ల వయసు ఉండాలి.
• కనీస విద్యార్హత డిగ్రీ. తత్సమాన విద్యార్హత.
• నెలకు వెయ్యి రూపాయల నిరుద్యోగ భృతి.
• ఒక కుటుంబంలో ఇద్దరు, ముగ్గురు అర్హులున్నా ఇస్తారు.
• కనీస విద్యార్హత గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌.
• వయస్సు 22-35 సంవత్సరాలలోపు వారై ఉండాలి.
• దారిద్య్ర రేఖకు దిగువున ఉండే కుటుంబానికి చెందిన వారై ఉండాలి.
• స్థిర/చర ఆస్తులు, వాహనాలు కలిగి ఉండరాదు.
• 2.5 ఎకరాల బంజరు భూమి, గరిష్టంగా ఐదు ఎకరాల బీడు భూమి కలిగిన వారు అర్హులే.
• కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు పరిధిలో స్వయం ఉపాధి పథకం పొంది ఉండరాదు.
• కనీస విద్యార్హత లేని వారు అనర్హులే
• ఏదైనా ప్రభుత్వ సేవ నుంచి తొలగించిన వారు దీనికి అనర్హులు.
• ఏదైనా క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులో దోషిగా ఉండకూడదు.
• కుటుంబంలో అర్హులు ఎంతమంది ఉన్నా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటారు.
• నిరుద్యోగ భృతికి తోడు.. వారిని కొన్ని ప్రభుత్వ పనుల్లో ఉపయోగించుకుంటారు. దానికి అదనంగా ప్రోత్సాహకం ఇస్తారు.

నిరుద్యోగ భృతిని ప్రతి నెలా నేరుగా లబ్ధిదారుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలో వేస్తారు.

రేషన్‌ను ఎక్కడైనా తీసుకున్నట్లే భృతిని ఎక్కడైనా తీసుకోవచ్చు. బయోమెట్రిక్‌ను అనుసంధానం చేస్తారు.


నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఇవ్వడంతో పాటు వారికి ఉచితంగా నైపుణ్యాల అభివృద్ది శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి సమాజానికి ఉపయోగపడే వర్క్‌ఫోర్స్‌గా తయారుచేస్తారు.
