The Government in the reference read above has issued orders for the married Women employees working on Outsourcing and Contract basis shall be eligible for 60 days of paid maternity leave for the first two deliveries. This condition is relaxed in cases of employees having less than two surviving children.
Therefore, all the Project Officers, SSA in the State are hereby informed to take further action for implementation of the provisions issued in the above said G.O to all the married Woman employees working on Outsourcing and Contract basis.
This has the approval of State Project Director.
