The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) had in a communication dated November 30, 2017 directed access service providers to allocate short code 14546 for the IVRS-based OTP authentication process for Aadhaar re-verification of mobile subscribers. March 31, 2018 is the deadline set by the Supreme Court for linking of Aadhaar with the mobile phone number

• ఇంటి దగ్గర నుంచే మొబైల్.. వన్ టైమ్ పాస్ వర్డ్ ద్వారా ఆధార్ తో అనుసంధానం చేయొచ్చు.
• ఈ విధానం 2018 జనవరి 1 నుంచి అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది . ఆధార్ తో మొబైల్ అనుసంధానానికి చివరి గడువు MAR 31వ తేదీ.
• ప్రస్తుతం దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా 50 కోట్లపైనే మొబైల్ నెంబర్లు ఆధార్ తో లింక్ కావాల్సి ఉంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు ఆయా టిలికాం కంపెనీలకు వెళ్లి ఆధార్ లింక్ చేసుకోవాల్సి వస్తుంది.

ఇది మరింత ఆలస్యం అవుతుండటంతో.. టెలికాం కంపెనీలు IVRS (ఇంటరాక్టివ్ వాయిస్ రెస్పాన్స్ సిస్టమ్) ద్వారా మొబైల్ – ఆధార్ లింక్ కి సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నాయి. మీరు ఇంట్లో ఏ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ తో అయితే ఆధార్ లింక్ కావాల్సి ఉందో.. ఆ నెంబర్ నుంచి కాల్ చేస్తారు.

ప్రస్తుతం గ్యాస్, ఇతర సర్వీసులకు IVRS సిస్టమ్ ఎలా అయితే వర్క్ చేస్తుందో.. అదే తరహాలో ఉంటుంది. దేశంలోని అన్ని భాషల్లో జనవరి ఒకటి నుంచి ఈ విధానం అమల్లోకి వచ్చింది.

మొబైల్ నెంబర్ -  ఆధార్  లింక్ ఇలా

• మొబైల్ నుంచి 14546 నెంబర్ కు కాల్ చేయాలి ఇండియా లేదా NRI అనే ఆస్టన్ వస్తుంది. మనం ఆఫ్ఘన్ ఎంచుకోవాలి.
• మనం ఆధార్ లింక్  చేసుకొనుటకు ఒకటి నొక్కాలి. ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
•  ఆధార్ నెంబర్ సరిచూసుకుని కరెక్ట్ ఐతే  మళ్లీ ఒకటి నొక్కాలి.
• మీరు ఆధార్ కార్డులో ఏ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ అయితే ఉంటుందో దానికి OTP వస్తుంది.
• మొబైల్ నెంబర్ కరెక్టా. కాదా చెక్ చేసుకునేందుకు చివరి నాలుగు నెంబర్స్ చెబుతుంది. ఓకే అనుకుంటే OTP ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.
•  ప్రాసెస్ జరుగుతుందని. 48 గంటల సమయం పడుతుందని మెసేజ్ వస్తుంది.
• ఇంట్లో కూర్చొనే జస్ట్ రెండు నిమిషాల్లో మీ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ ను ఆధార్ తో లింక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

9 Steps to Register Mobile Number with Aadhaar for the First Time

Seeding Aadhaar with mobile is easy and can be accomplished in 9 simple steps. Below mentioned are the steps that will help you complete the linking:

Step 1: Visit the Aadhaar Card website that is https://uidai.gov.in/

Step 2: Select “Enrollment & Update” tab and click on “Aadhaar Data Update”

Step 3: It gets directed to a new page, under the Reference Links column, click on “Aadhaar Data Update Form”

Step 4: Download the Aadhaar Correction form and take a printout

Step 5: Mention your 12-digit unique identification number, name, guardian’s name, address, city, district, post office, state and pin code

Step 7: Take the photocopy of the documents that you plan to submit as a proof of address (POA). Mention them in the form. To validate which documents to submit, an applicant can go through the list mentioned in the form

Step 8: Once you complete filling all the details, sign the form or provide a thumbprint

Step 9: Double check the information and list of documents attached to avoid any error. Send the application through post

An applicant should wait for few days, once the correction form is posted. The authorities on receiving the application will validate the details and link Aadhaar to mobile number. The applicant will receive a confirmation message from UIDAI, once the Aadhar-mobile number registration is complete.
