Read the following:-
1.  G.O. Ms. No. 91, School Education (Exams) Department, dated 11/12/2017
2.     From the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, letter Rc. No. 200/TRC- 1/2017, dated 12/12/2017.

ORDER:-

In the Government Order 1st read above, guidelines for conducting Andhra Pradesh State Teacher Eligibility Test (AP-TET) under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE), 2009 were issued for conducting Teachers Eligibility Test.
2.                 In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of School Education, AP,  in the  letter 2nd read above, and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby issue the following amendments to the aforesaid guidelines issued in G.O. Ms. No. 91, School Education (Exams) Department, Dated 11/12/2017.

AMENDMENTS



1)     In Note 2 of Para 7 (4) (b)
the word “Odiya,” shall be inserted after the word “Tamil,”.

2)       In Sub Para 7 (6) (b)

the words "The Director, SCERT" shall be substituted with the words "The Joint Director & Convener, TET, Office of the Commissioner of School Education”.

3)     In Para 7 (11)

the words "Nodal Officer & Ex-Officio Commissioner, TET"  shall  be  substituted with the words “The Joint Director, Convener TET, Office of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh.”

4)     In Para 7 (13)

the word "preferably," shall be added after the words "TET shall  be  conducted twice in a year;"

5) In 7 (14) (d) (ii)

the words "5000 candidates" shall be substituted with the words "300-500 candidates"

3.                 These orders shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of G.O. Ms. No. 91, School Education (Exams) Department, dt: 11.12.2017.
