As per the reference 2 cited above Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of School Education issued orders to conduct two Summative Examinations in the academic year. Summative – I examination for classes VI, VII and X to be conduct in descriptive pattern. SA-I examination for classes VIII and IX is to be conducted in objective pattern. In this connection, SCERT, AP is decided to conduct a 4 day workshop from 07.11.2017 to 10.11.2017 at SCERT, AP to develop objective type question papers for classes VIII & IX based on academic standards.

All District Educational Officers in the state are requested to depute subject expert teachers (list of resource persons annexed) for the said workshop with 2017 edition textbooks. And also instruct them to report Director, SCERT, AP by 10a.m on 07.11.2017 without fail.

T.A, D.A will be paid by this office as per the norms.
