Sanction Order for an amount of Rs.82,44,10,000/- to meet expenditure of salaries / honorarium to the staff working in Model Schools

ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education,

A.P., has requested to provide an amount of Rs. 164,88,18,234/- (Rupees One

Hundred Sixty Four Crores, Eighty Eight Lakhs, Eighteen Thousand and Two

Hundred Thirty Four only) under Model Schools scheme for meeting the

expenditure of salaries/honorarium to the staff working in Model Schools.

2. In the references 2nd to 5th read above, an amount of Rs.82,44,10,000/-

(Rupees Eighty Two Crores, Forty Four Lakhs, Ten Thousand only) has been

sanctioned as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly

Regulation Orders towards meeting expenditure of salaries and other

expenses of Model Schools, pending provision in supplementary estimates at

appropriate time during 2017-18 under the Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-

06-310-312.

3. In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,

A.P., has requested to sanction the remaining amount of Rs.82,44,10,000/-

(Rupees Eighty Two Crores, Forty Four Lakhs, Ten Thousand only) for the

year 2017-18 to meet the expenditure of salaries to the staff working in Model

Schools by way of re-appropriation of the funds of Rs.82.44 Crores from the

H.O.A.2202-01-103-05-010 salaries to the H.O.A. 2202-02-109-11-06-310/312.

4. In the reference 7th read above, Finance (FMU-Edn) Department have

issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.82,44,10,000/- (Rupees

Eighty Two Crores, Forty Four Lakhs, Ten Thousand only) as additional

funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders

pending provision of funds by obtaining the supplementary grants at the

appropriate time during the current financial year 2017-18 to meet the

expenditure of the salaries / honorarium to the staff working in A.P. Model

Schools as recurring grants for the year 2017-18.

5. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMUEducation)

Department in the G.O. 7th read above, Government hereby accord

administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.82,44,10,000/- (Rupees Eighty

Two Crores, Forty Four Lakhs, Ten Thousand only) as additional funds in

relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending

provision of funds by obtaining the supplementary grants at the appropriate

time during the current financial year 2017-18 to meet the expenditure of the

salaries / honorarium to the staff working in A.P. Model Schools as recurring

grants for the year 2017-18 under the Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-06-

310-312.

6. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take

further necessary action accordingly and submit proposals for paying salaries

for Model Schools teachers and staff from salary component of teachers in the

departments budget.
