In partial modifications of the orders issued in the reference read above, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education & District Educational Officers in the State are requested to depute the identified Mandai Educational Officers to the Five Day Residential Training Programme which is scheduled to be held from 24-10-2017 to 28-10-2017 at Hearlfulness Institute, Dharmashram, Sri Ramachandra Mission, Sri Pardhasaradhi Nagar, Mangamur Road, Ongole, Prakasam District. List of identified Mandai Educational Officers is communicated herewith. For conducting the above five day training programme, the following instructions are hereby issued to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state:

1. To depute MEOs as per the list appended to these proceedings without any modification. No alternative/ substitute is allowed.

2. The MEOs should bring their tabs provided by the Government for the training programme

3. The MEOs should report at the venue by 05,00 PM on 23.10.2017 without fail

4. No request of Mandai Educational Officer for exemption from training programme shall be considered under any circumstances. If any Mandai Educational Officer either failed to attend the above said programme during the period forrn 24-10-2017 to 28-10-2017 or absent during the training programme,

necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the individual. Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers are requested to follow above instructions for deputation of Mandai Educational Officers for the above said training programme without fail.
