As a significant period has passed since the submission of the original lists, the government has decided to update employee records before forwarding them to the Telangana Government for final approval.

- Purpose: To update the status of employees who had earlier exercised their option for transfer.
- Updated Information: Promotions, retirements, deaths, and changes in willingness to transfer.
- Process: Data must be entered through the APCFSS Portal using DDO login credentials.
- Restriction: No new users or applicants are permitted to be added at this stage.
- Deadline: This matter is marked as “Most Urgent” and must be completed by January 30, 2026.
All concerned Establishment Sections and Administrative Officers are instructed to ensure that the consolidated data is updated immediately for onward submission to the Telangana Government.
