How to Apply — దరఖాస్తు విధానం (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 — OTPR Registration / వన్ టైమ్ ప్రొఫైల్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్
If you are a new user, register for One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the APPSC portal. After successful registration, you will receive a User ID on your mobile and email. / కొత్తవారికి OTPR అవసరం.
Step 2 — Update Your Profile / ప్రొఫైల్ అప్డేట్

Step 3 — Application Submission / అప్లికేషన్ సమర్పణ
Login with your OTPR User ID → Choose "Online Application Submission" → Select Notification 19/2025 → Fill the application form and select exam centre. Physical or handwritten applications will be rejected.
Step 4 — Fee Payment / ఫీజు చెల్లింపు
Pay required fees online through Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card. Payment must be completed before the last date and time.
Step 5 — Final Submission & Print / తుది సమర్పణ & ప్రింట్
After payment, complete any application-specific details and submit. Print or save the application receipt for future reference.
Examination Fee Details / పరీక్షా ఫీజు వివరాలు
- Application Processing Fee: ₹500
- Examination Fee: ₹500 per paper
- Corrections fee (after submission): ₹100 per correction
Important: Name and certain personal details cannot be changed after submission. Corrections allowed are limited and carry a fee.
Scheme of Examination / పరీక్షా విధానం
Most Departmental Tests are Objective Type conducted as Computer Based Tests (CBT). Language & Survey & Settlement papers will be in Conventional (Descriptive) mode.
Objective paper timings (typical):
- Forenoon Session: 10:00 AM — 12:00 Noon
- Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM — 5:00 PM
Candidates can use the mock test facility on the APPSC website to practice (when available).
