Subject & Teacher Analysis
Detailed analysis of low performance by subject and teacher will be conducted. Teachers with high student failure rates will be individually counseled.
Academic Focus Period
From December 1st, complete focus will be on Class 10 students. No extracurricular activities will be scheduled during this period.
Study Hours & Action Plan
Evening study hours and implementation of the 100 Days Action Plan will be monitored by all ACGEs.
Examination Centers
ACGEs will inspect all SSC examination centers, verify facilities, document with photos including GPS coordinates, and create photo albums for review in the next meeting (within 15 days).
Specific Implementation Details
Evaluation Center Standards
One well-equipped center will be selected for SSC answer script evaluation. Each evaluation room must have CCTV cameras installed for monitoring purposes.
Examination Staff Management
Software will generate duty orders for Chief Superintendents, Departmental Officers, and Invigilators directly from DGE office to district offices. Medical leave cases will be handled with appropriate documentation.
Hall Ticket Innovation
SSC hall tickets will include QR codes with center location information for easy access by students and parents.
Evaluation Workload
Evaluators will be assigned a maximum of 40 papers per day (20 in morning session, 20 in afternoon session) to ensure quality assessment.
Accountability Measures
The meeting established clear accountability protocols:
- Public paper evaluators will be held responsible for answer script leaks
- Related ACGEs and DEOs will also share responsibility for any irregularities
